Recently there has been a considerable amount of discussion concerning internet censorship in the People's Republic of China. Last year the government kicked off the Green Dam Project which forced manufacturers to install filtering software in all computers sold in China. The project has angered the country's 300 million Internet users and the population has begun to speak up. This image has been floating around the PROC for the past few months...
